Being proud today

Today I'm feeling proud; all bits are from the scrap heap, an achievement in itself and I managed to take a nice pic without natural light. I think this is the first one I really like, I just turned the daylight lamp a bit and it made wonders. I'm also very proud of my students this term, they are working very hard and are a lovely bunch, if I may say so. I know that I'm blowing my own horn loud and clearly, felt a bit blue and needed something to get in the pink again.

Two Favourites

Two of my favourites are meeting today, CAS and Penny Black. In the beginning I struggled with the Clean And Simple style, the white space felt so intimidating. On the other hand all lovely cards with lots of detail were so tempting and also hard to achieve. The cards do come easier now!

The image was coloured with Derwent water colours and cut out with a Nestie. I didn't have any 3D tape so I simply layered a stack of cardstock to get some dimension.
